Cape Town-based Afrimat is black empowered with BEE shareholding ahead of Mining and Construction Charter requirements.
Kwezi Mining (Pty) Limited, a broad-based black empowered affiliate of
Kwezi (Pty) Limited - a black-owned company - holds 5.9%, Mega Oils
(Pty) Limited - a 100% black-owned company, directly holds a 9.2% stake
and indirectly holds a 4.8% stake and other black shareholders holds a
0.6% stake in Afrimat.
