ABVA is thrilled to announce its first Corporate ABVA Member: Goodyear Tyre and Rubber Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
As of 2009, ABVA opened up various categories of membership to Corporates and BEE Consultants. As the official body representing BEE Verification Agencies, ABVA aims to promote an environment whereby Agencies, Consultants and the end users themselves, the corporate clients, have a forum within which to consult and discuss the intricate issues of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment.
ABVA continues to facilitate communication between the Verification Industry and its end-users, the companies who undergo verification, by hosting informative debates and workshops and most recently by opening up its membership base with a special category for Companies and Public Sector organizations.
In the interest of Industry conformity and application of Verification Methodology, ABVA has also created a special category of membership to BEE Consultants as well.
All these Associate Member categories will have access to the ABVA BEE Certificate database and the ABVA technical queries database. All categories above will be listed as ABVA Members - Corporate/Public Sector Category, profiling their organizations as organizations that are committed to transformation through reliable and fair verification.
ABVA congratulates Goodyear as the first corporate member and welcomes all other businesses and public sector organizations to the ABVA membership fold.
