Ad firm TBWA in BEE deal
A deal between TBWA\South Africa and its principal — TBWA Worldwide — will benefit previously disadvantaged employees of TBWA\South Africa, it was announced on Thursday...
The parent company has sold five percent to a newly-formed Black Empowerment Partnership Trust, to which TBWA\South Africa's black employees will have exclusive access.
