Adcock Ingram aims to complete BEE deal by June

Adcock Ingram, the second biggest pharmaceutical group in the country, was working on completing its broad-based black economic empowerment (BEE) deal within three months, company spokesman Mike Mabasa said yesterday.



Mabasa said the company hoped to make a firm announcement by June 2, when reporting results for the six months to March.
