Adcock Ingram looks to regain its edge

Adcock Ingram would use a planned black economic empowerment (BEE) equity deal and capital investment of R600 million to recapture its competitive edge, the healthcare group said yesterday.

The company wallowed in uncertainty for months after Tiger Brands announced in April that it was considering selling the subsidiary.
