Adcorp unveils BEE deal
Adcorp Holdings on Thursday unveiled a broad based black economic empowerment deal in which Women Investment Portfolio Holdings (Wiphold), Simeka Investment Holdings (Simeka) and an Adcorp employee share incentive Trust will gain a 25 percent stake in the company...
The value of the deal is about R512 million, Adcorp said in a statement.
