AECI hopes to score with Gautrain station
The high-speed rail link will traverse Modderfontein on the tourist segment of its route from OR Tambo International Airport to Sandton.
A station would significantly boost demand for AECI's planned further release of commercial, retail and residential land in the area, particularly with public transport proximity increasingly set to drive property prices.
