Agriculture industry bridles at BEE attack

If the 12 white males who accompanied agriculture and land affairs minister Lulu Xingwana to China were the best South Africa had to offer to enhance export interest and economic growth potential, then so be it, Johan Pienaar, the deputy executive director of AgriSA, said on Friday.

He was replying to Xingwana's critical comments on racial transformation in the sector to agriculture partners at a forum in Boksburg.
