All Joy in BEE share placement
Listed food producer All Joy Foods Ltd (ALJ) is set to raise 5.0 million rand and improve its black ownership base via the issue of 8.33 million new All Joy shares to the South African government-owned National Empowerment Fund Trust (NEF) at an issue price of 60 cents per share
