Alliance Data Corporation sells 26% stake to BEE partner
AltX-listed software provider, Alliance Data Corporation Holdings Limited (ADC), ...
announced a deal that sees BEE company Bafokeng Investment Services (Pty) Ltd acquire a 26.67% shareholding in ADC. The acquisition of 6 million shares was settled for a total consideration of R5.4 million.
