Anglo plans Scaw Metals BEE deal
Anglo American plans to sell 26 percent of the local operations of its engineering and steel division, Scaw Metals, to a black economic empowerment (BEE) consortium...

However, the announcement of the deal, which was supposed to take place yesterday, was halted over the weekend because of legal and unforeseen circumstances
