Arch Equity to buy 30% of Orion
AltX-listed black economic empowerment group Arch Equity has agreed to acquire a 30 percent stake in Orion Telecom Investment Holdings from Mogala Investments for R54.9-million, Arch Equity said on Thursday...
Arch Equity is owned 53 percent by BEE shareholders, and its assets include a 22.6 percent stake in listed financial services company PSG Group, 15.6 percent of listed niche banking group Capitec, and 4.5 percent shareholding in transport group Unitrans, among others.
