Assore

SHANDUKA Resources, the multi-commodity investment arm of Cyril Ramaphosa's Shanduka Group, is to acquire an additional 11.63% interest in mining holding company Assore for about R1.9bn.

Shanduka already owns 11.76% of Assore's shares while Assore's other BEE partner, the Bokamoso Trust, holds a 3.26% stake in the company, I-Net Bridge reported.
