Barloworld re-prices BEE deal

The board of directors of listed industrial giant, Barloworld, has decided to re-price its 10% broad-based black ownership initiative, the company said today.



The black ownership initiative was originally priced based on a 30-day volume weighted average share price of an ordinary share in the share capital of Barloworld - calculated for the 30 trading days ending at the close of trading on Friday, June 6, at R103.87.
