BBBEE black lines in the rainbow?
In terms of BBBEE our Rainbow Nation now has black lines separating the colours in the rainbow...
BBBEE Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (Act 53 of 2003) amongst other laws has the generic definition of Black = Africans, Indians and Coloureds standard across the board. Some of BBBEE’s primary objectives are to right the racial wrongs of the past and to promote the constitutional right to equality for all races in order to increase the broad-based and effective participation of all black people in the economy.
