BCX re-examines empowerment
Listed outsourcing firm Business Connexion (BCX) will re-examine Gadlex's share in the company as it seeks to gain more black shareholders.
CFO Vanessa Olver says the organisation will review its ownership structure shortly to give it a better empowerment profile. BCX has been securing more public sector business, which now accounts for a fifth of revenue, from 17% in May last year.
