BEE benefits not felt by most - survey
THE benefits of Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) have not yet trickled down to ordinary South Africans and currently only favours the privileged few, say the overwhelming majority of middle class black South Africans...
This is one of the findings of the landmark "Black Diamond" marketing survey conducted by the UCT Unilever Institute of Strategic Marketing and Research Surveys.
