BEE boss sued for R21m
The Public Investment Corporation (PIC) is suing the chairman of the National Empowerment Fund, Ronnie Ntuli, and his associates for R21-million...
The fund was set up by the government to facilitate empowerment deals. At the end of last year it was reported to have capital reserves of about R3-billion.
