BEE consortium to own 22.4% of Oceana
A deal worth about 395 million rand has been concluded that will see 22.4% of fish food group Oceana (OCE) owned by a black economic empowerment consortium led by Brimstone Investment Corporation (BRT)...
Brimstone's stake in Oceana will be 10%, for which it is paying 176 million rand.
