BEE exercises rights option on Gold Fields mine
Wholly-black-owned investment company Pamodzi Investment Holdings yesterday announced that subsidiary joint venture Pamodzi gold had acquired Middelvlei mine from gold-major Gold Fields, the exercising of a rights option, acquired in 2003...
Pamodzi has held longstanding interests and expertise in the mining sector through their industry investment company Pamodzi Resources, it said.
