Giulietta Talevi: I'm joined now by Cyril Ramaphosa chairman of the Shanduka Group. Cyril, you've just announced a deal where Shanduka will effectively sell a chunk of its shares to a women's empowerment group - can you tell us about it, and why you've done this deal?
