BEE great for the fat cats only
INDEPENDENT Democrats leader Patricia de Lille has called for a new black economic empowerment model that would exclude those who have already benefitted.
De Lille said the current programme was an ''indictment'' of a poor country like South Africa because it had assisted only a small minority while millions of people remained trapped in poverty. |
