BEE group buys into mine project house
Black-empowered Shanduka Resources, a subsidiary of the Shanduka group earlier this year announced that it had acquired a 25% share in Dowding Reynard & Associates (DRA) and Minerals Operations Executive (Minopex)...
An additional 5% of the equity will be set aside by Shanduka Resources and DRA towards an employee share trust
