BEE group snaps up Anglo division

Samancor Manganese, jointly owned by BHP Billiton and Anglo American, has sold its dense-media ferrosilicon business to an empowerment company for R235-million...



According to the empowerment company, Siyanda-Inkwali Resources, it has bought the business in association with diamond miner De Beers and a division of the Department of Trade and Industry.
