BEE grouping raises stake in Rheem
Rheem, South Africa's largest black-empowered manufacturer of metal drums, pails and cans, has bought back shares in the company held by Brait Private Equity and retiring management for an undisclosed sum...
which has enabled majority black empowerment (BEE) shareholder OD Investments to increase its stake in the company from 50.1% to 72.6%.
