BEE in danger of extinction
Black economic empowerment (BEE) is in danger of becoming extinct if the government goes ahead with its plans to introduce the "once-empowered, always-empowered" principle...
Analysts said this week that the principle could hamper the progress made by black business in the past 11 years and had the potential of returning full control and ownership of the South African economy to white hands.
