BEE investors cash in on sale of Aquarius stake
BLACK empowerment investors the Savannah Consortium had realised R342,5m from the sale of part of their stake in platinum producer Aquarius Platinum SA and R100m from the repayment of a loan, which would be used to repay their debt, Aquarius said in an announcement yesterday...
Aquarius Platinum CEO Stuart Murray indicated to the market in August, on presenting the group’s year-end results, that this move was being discussed.
