BEE name game ends up in court
A DURBAN businesswoman who brought a black economic empowerment partner into her catering business is being hauled before the equality court today for refusing to compensate him for his shares.
In papers before the court, Susan Long admits that, about six years ago, she entered into an agreement with Salvyeke Mzimela to use his name.
