BEE partner increases stake in TFM to 25%
Truck body specialist TFM said on Friday that its broad-based black economic-empowerment (BBBEE) partner, the Disabled Empowerment Concern (DEC) Trust, has increased its stake in the company to over 25%.
CEO Mike Tomsett said the move enabled TFM to fulfill its social responsibilities and it employment obligations through ownership.
