BEE retailer's sales in top gear

MONEY might be tight this Christmas after four consecutive interest rate hikes, but ebullient clothing ­retailer Julia Kgamane of the Jet Store in Atteridgeville, Tshwane, is beaming and wearing a broad smile.

"I love kids . . . they love Christmas and Christmas is good for business," chuckles the bubbly storekeeper, who unlike most retailers says business could not be better.
