BEE: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
South Africa is in the midst of a massive project of economic redistribution. It is called Black Economic Empowerment, or BEE, and it has become the defining reality of the business world in South Africa today. ..
The goals of BEE are noble. The policy aims to uplift those who were excluded by race from the apartheid economy. It also aims to expand economic growth in the process
