BEE trust acquires 15.8% interest in Afrimat
BUILDING materials supplier Afrimat (AFT) said today that it had facilitated the acquisition of 22.7 million Afrimat ordinary shares by the Afrimat BEE Trust.
The group said the empowerment transaction would benefit not only the group and its stakeholders, but also 82% of its workforce.
