Black-empowerment commercial property fund unveiled
Black-owned property management company Hermans & Roman Property Solutions has launched South Africa's first broad-based black economic-empowerment (BBBEE) fund, which is to trade as the Supreme Commercial Property Fund.
The fund has, to date, secured predominately government-occupied commercial property portfolios to the value of R3-billion, with a further R2-billion currently under negotiation.
