Blackstar Managers receives R375m to fund BEE investments

Blackstar Investors PLC (“Blackstar”), listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM), has successfully raised £35 million in a placing in the UK to fund Black Economic Empowerment (“BEE”) investment opportunities in
South Africa. ..



Blackstar has engaged Blackstar Managers South Africa Pty Limited (“Blackstar Managers” or “the company”) to assist it with the sourcing, evaluating and assessing of potential BEE investment opportunities in South Africa.
