BRC DiamondCore in dispute with its local BEE partner
DIAMOND explorer BRC DiamondCore, which has halted all its trial operations in SA and retrenched 200 employees, has failed to secure a court order against its former black empowerment partners, Sefalana Mineral Resources, it said yesterday.
It planned to appeal, and said the judgment did not affect its shareholding structure, financial position or mining rights.
