British Telecoms in BEE deal with Sekunjalo
Black-controlled investment holding company Sekunjalo Investments would acquire a 30% stake in communications solutions provider British Telecommunications (BT) in a broad-based black economic-empowerment deal.
BT announced on Wednesday that this would create opportunities for both companies to accelerate their growth.
