Buy-back offer sends Putco stock 10% higher
Listed transport company Putco's shares jumped 10 percent yesterday, ...
...their biggest gain in three months, to close at R8.25 after the firm said late on Wednesday that it would make an offer to buy out all minority shareholders and delist from the JSE Securities Exchange.
