Capitec to sell a 12.21% BEE stake for R300m
Capitec Bank would sell a 12.21 percent stake to a consortium of black investors for R300 million, the listed retail bank said on Friday...
The Cape Town-based bank, which offers microloans as well as savings and transactional accounts, said it would issue 10 million shares at R30 each to a consortium of black companies, trusts and individuals, which would give them 12.21 percent interest. The consortium is led by Litha Nyonya of Regiments Capital.
