Cell C's BEE partner on the verge of folding
Cellsaf, the empowerment company of cellular service provider, Cell C, ...
has failed to raise enough funds to own a bigger slice in Cell C. Cell C was given a licence on condition that it should be at least 40% black owned. Three years on, its empowerment partner Cellsaf has failed to raise money to buy the whole stake.
