Change in mindset required to deracialise our economy
The Black Management Forum (BMF) developed the affirmative action blueprint in 1992, which was instrumental in guiding the country's transformation journey.
Affirmative action, fundamental to this transformation, is a workplace-based policy aimed at ensuring representation of all people across the racial spectrum, to reflect the demographics and values of our wider society.
