Chinese are not black: chamber

The high court decision that Chinese people are to be regarded as "black" has been slammed by the National African Federated Chamber of Commerce (Nafcoc) for "undermining the transformation process".


Nafcoc also accused the Chinese of being opportunistic in their attempts to be "white" during the apartheid years and now "black" in the post-1994 democratic South Africa.
