City of Joburg launches new CBD rejuvenation initiative

The City of Johannesburg has launched an Inner City Property Scheme (ICPS) as part of a broader strategy to ensure that the city's goals of urban renewal and rejuvenation are realised.



The new initiative replaces the Johannesburg Better Buildings Programme, which, the city concedes, was a long drawn-out process that lacked control.
