CoAL appoints board representatives from BEE partner

JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) - South African-focused mining company Coal of Africa Limited (CoAL) on Thursday announced the appointment of three nonexecutive board members representing its broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE) partner Firefly Investments.



The Aim-, ASX- and JSE-listed company said that the appointments of Khomotso Mosehla, Mikki Xayiya and Rudolph Torlage would be effective immediately.
