COPE wants the Scorpions back
A government led by the Congress of the People (COPE) would bring back the Scorpions, introduce compulsory civic education in schools, create a national cadet system, review BEE and labour policies, and reduce taxes on households.
These are just some of the proposals contained in the fledgling party's draft policy document, a copy of which is in Independent Newspapers' possession.
