'COPE's new structure is a ticket for change'
Mosiuoa "Terror" Lekota has been appointed the new president of COPE.
The new party named Lekota as the leader to steer it through the 2009 elections.
In its final session, COPE welcomed anti-apartheid struggle stalwart Allan Boesak and also appointed former Gauteng premier Mbhazima Shilowa as its first deputy president.
