Corporate deals 'will focus on cash flow'

MORE management buyouts, private equity investments, part disposals and limited exits are likely to characterise corporate transactions for the remainder of this year, says tax, audit and advisory firm Mazars Moores Rowlands.

"These types of transactions will be done to inject needed skills and capital to improve cash flow, and provide phased exits for long-standing owners or managers," Wils Raubenheimer, a director at Mazars Moores Rowlands, said.
