Court orders BEE firm to return Imuniti shares

The black empowerment consortium that held a stake in Imuniti Holdings has been ordered by the Durban High Court to return the shares to the founding members of the AltX-listed pharmaceutical and nutritional food firm.



In a court order on Tuesday the judge ruled that heads of agreement concluded between the founding shareholders of the consortium on February 15, 2006 were invalid. The consortium had to take all necessary steps to return the shares.
