Credit crisis affects funds for BEE deals
MERGERS and acquisitions (M&A) practitioners have expressed concern about the future of empowerment deals, saying there may not be capital for funding these transactions in the future.
Empowerment has been a significant driver of M&A activity for several years, and last year was no exception.
