DA content with BEE Codes
The official opposition Democratic Alliance (DA) says that a number of the recent changes to the final version of the first phase of BEE Codes of Good Practice meet with its approval, although it said challenges still remain...
Among the changes it welcomes are: "Firms with 51 percent black ownership now qualify for full black ownership points under the "flow-through" principle."
