DBSA lends R196m for Gautrain BEE stake
The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) has pledged R196-million in financial assistance to SPGC — a BEE subsidiary of the Strategic Partners Group — to acquire a 25 percent equity stake in the Gautrain Rapid Rail Project Company, Bombela...
The amount will go towards funding equity obligations, standby equity and financing of operational costs, the DBSA said.
